Will you create all the social media content?
Yes. I'll create branded posts, captions, hashtags and reels as included in your package. Please provide your logo, business information and relevant media.
Do you publish posts directly to my accounts?
Yes, where you provide appropriate account permissions. I'll prepare the content for approval and schedule or publish it after you authorize the plan.
Can you manage a new social media account?
Absolutely. I can help optimize your profile, develop a consistent content style and organize your initial posts. New account setup can be quoted separately.
Will you reply to comments and messages?
Yes, within the agreed engagement checks. Replies will follow your approved brand guidelines and response scripts. Continuous customer support is not included.
Can you guarantee followers, engagement or sales?
No professional can guarantee those results from organic content alone. My focus is consistent management, relevant content and measurable improvements where possible.
Do you offer Instagram Reels and short videos?
Yes. Standard includes one edited reel, while Premium includes three. Please provide suitable footage or discuss stock-based reels with me before ordering.
Are paid Facebook and Instagram ads included?
No. This gig focuses on organic social media management. Paid advertising and advertising budgets are not included.
Will I receive the same posts on both platforms?
The package includes a fixed total number of unique posts. For two-platform packages, I adapt the content and captions for both platforms where appropriate.
What if I need more posts or long-term management?
You can request additional posts, reels or platforms through a custom offer. We can also discuss renewing the service for ongoing monthly management.
