FAQ
How does Fiverr® work?
Fiver works like this: When you purchase a package, you pay X amount of USD. That money goes to Fiverr® and the order starts. I create the necessary content and send it over to you. When you accept the order as finished, this is when I get the payment.
How much time before you start managing my profile?
Depends on the amount of posts you want created. I create all the posts in advance for your package and send them for your approval. If everything is good, I schedule the posts to be posted once/day and send you a snip of the calendar. At this point the order can be marked as complete.
Is Full Time Engagement included in the packages?
No, it isn't. Full Time Engagement requires a specific study of your business. Contact me so we can set it up for yours.
Do I have to provide pictures?
No. I create the whole content. Some posts I create from scratch, some are stock images and some are a mix. I encourage providing pictures if you are selling a specific product, you want someone/something to be on the pictures, or just like a picture to be posted.
Do I need to give you my password? Is it safe?
Yes, your password stays between you and me only! 100% safe! I prefer to have direct access to your accounts as it is the most efficient way.
Can you work within my niche?
We work with almost all niches besides real estate, personal brands, photography, music and literature. Please contact us so we can let you know if we can work with yours :)
What type of content do you create?
Pictures, motivational quotes, memes, infographics, call-to-action posts.
Do you do custom offers?
Yes I do, message me and we will figure it out.
What if you deliver a content that I don't like?
Simple, don't accept the order and just press the "Ask for Revision" button. I will do modifications until you are 100% satisfied with your content before we go live with posting! I want you to have a 5 star experience.
