What do you need from me?
It depends on the package you choose. Generally, I will need 1. Your website (if you have one) 2. Social media handles 3. Social media credentials/logins 3. Short business description 4. Logo
Do you create designs to go with the posts?
Only the premium package includes graphics for the posts. However, you can add graphics as an extra for the basic and standard packages.
Do I need to send you pictures to create graphics?
I would encourage you to send me pictures of the specific product/service you’re selling so I can include them in the graphics I design. However, if you don’t have any pictures available, I can find images that go with your product or service.
Do you schedule the posts?
I only schedule posts for the premium package. But post scheduling is also available as an extra.
Do all your plans include reporting?
The basic package does not come with reporting. However, you can add this as an extra and provide me with the account credentials/logins so I can access the analytics.
