1. Do I need to provide photos and branding?
If available, please provide your logo, brand colors, photos, and other assets. I can also create simple branded Canva graphics when included in your package.
2. Do you create Reels or videos?
This Gig focuses on static social media posts, captions, and scheduling. Complex video and Reel creation are not included.
3. Do you need access to my social media accounts?
If your package includes scheduling or management, appropriate account access will be needed. Please do not send passwords unless specifically required by the platform. Secure access methods are preferred.
4. Can you guarantee more followers, engagement, leads, or sales?
No. I provide consistent, professional content and management, but I cannot guarantee specific growth, engagement, leads, or sales.
