What makes you a Fiverr PRO seller?
Over 15 years of photography experience and 5 years of Performance E-commerce Agency background helped me develop different skills which help me provide the best possible results for my clients.
How does your workflow look like?
I like to do some research of your brand first, talk about your wishes and create a short mood board. Once we agree to continue, you send me the product. When the product is received, we confirm the order and the countdown to some stunning product images begins!
How do I ship the product?
Once we agreed to proceed with the project, I send you my shipping details. You have to make sure, the product arrives undamaged. Please, do not place the order before I confirm receiving your product. Project time starts once the product is received.
Do I get my product back?
A pre-paid shipping label has to be provided to return the product otherwise the product will be disposed. Return shipping is not included in the price of the gig.
Can I request a Model or Location?
Of course! Just send me a message with your wishes and I will do my best to organize it for you. I'll quote the additional costs if applicable.
Do you offer Graphic Overlays/Infographics?
Absolutely! With a bachelors in Graphic Design I can make most of your (graphic) wishes come true - additional cost.
What is your revision policy?
I'll be happy to revise an image due to my error. Changes due to insufficient instructions before placing an order, that may require re-shooting may come at an additional cost.
