1. What is the difference between translation and localization?
Translation converts the words. Localization adapts them: I choose the terms Vietnamese users search, adjust tone, examples and calls to action, and format the copy for the platform where it will be published.
2. How do you optimize for each platform?
For website copy I research Vietnamese search terms, then write the title, meta description and headings around them. For social posts I adapt the hook, length, tone and hashtags to each platform. Tell me the platform when you order.
3. Do you use machine translation?
No. I translate and adapt everything myself as a native speaker. I may use tools for terminology checks, but every line is written and reviewed by me. If you have a preference about AI tools, tell me before ordering.
4. Do you guarantee rankings or engagement?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings or engagement. I commit to native, platform-ready copy and the scope listed in your package, and I can advise which terms and formats fit the Vietnamese market.
5. Which file formats do you accept?
Send the text in Google Docs, Word, Excel or as a URL. For websites I can also work in CSV, JSON or directly in your CMS if you give me access. Please include your brand guidelines and any glossary you already use.
6. Do you translate Vietnamese to English?
