FAQ
Do you create designs and write captions?
Yes. Every package includes custom static Canva designs, matching captions, relevant hashtags where appropriate, editable Canva links and exported images. You can provide topics or let me propose them around your business.
How does scheduling work?
Standard and Premium include scheduling approved posts to up to two supported social accounts over a period of up to 30 days. We confirm your platforms and scheduling tool before ordering. Access is arranged through account permissions or invitations.
Are the posts different for every platform?
Packages count unique designs, not publishing placements. The same approved post can be scheduled to both included accounts. Separate creative versions, additional sizes or substantially different platform captions require an agreed extra.
Are Canva Pro assets included?
Tell me whether you use Canva Free or Pro. I can use free assets and your supplied materials so you can edit the designs without a Pro subscription. Any premium assets requiring your own license will be agreed beforehand.
Do you manage comments, messages or advertising?
These packages cover design, captions, content planning and the included scheduling. Community management, messages, paid advertising, videos and carousels are outside the package scope.
What do revisions cover?
Each revision is one consolidated round of changes to the agreed designs and captions. A new creative direction after approval, additional posts or new formats require a separate quote. Posts are scheduled after your approval.
